HRAD Supervisor (with strong background in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, & Employee Relations)


This position is primarily responsible in delivering the development and implementation of HR initiatives and functions across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities includes, but not limited to:
• End-to-end Compensation and benefits administration
• Management of the Company communication and correspondence
• Assist in performance management processes (Evaluation)
• Handles the disciplinary and grievance issues (Employee and Labor Relations)
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Prepares and submits HR Legal Compliance to the management and to Government agencies
• Interprets and explain HR policies to employees as needed
• Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, and other employee records and databases
• Give guidance to teammates in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
• Organizing and facilitation of new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
• Overseeing employee health and safety procedures
• End-to-end recruitment and hiring
• Performing background checks required for hiring new employees.
• Planning and Implementation of Employee Engagement Programs and initiatives
• Prepares the HR Documents and ensures zero audit findings (Internal and External)
• Coordinates schedules, deadlines, and task to the HR team
• Monitors the success and completion of each HR Task as delegated to the team
• Conducts performance evaluation of HR Team
